One important take-away from the HHI life transformation program is the importance of enzymes. For the body to digest and utilise all the wonderful nutrients in the food we eat, the body needs enzymes. I used to eat the “traditional” enzymes, if I remeber correctly I took 5 capsules with every meal. With this new one, HHI Zyme Plus, only one capsule is needed. So much easier :-)

In sight of this, it is of course important to scrutinize the purity and safety of all personal care items (especially those which are applied and left on such as creams, lotions, deodorants, etc.), but it is also an opportunity to feed the body! The majority of our ingredients are sourced from the sea. Just over a hundred years ago, René Quinton (a French biologist) published his studies comparing the ocean ecosystem with the ecosystem of the human body in a book called Seawater : Organic Milieu. In this research, he remarks that seawater closely resembles the density and balance of human blood plasma and lymph. He concluded that purified isotonic seawater carrying algae-based phytonutrients could be used to treat a number of ailments including infectious diseases. He was the first to create a saline solution for medical use. Quinton is the backbone of the BECOME chemistry. Each BECOME product is built upon a foundation of algae and seaweed extracts, most notably Laminaria, Fucus and Porphyra Algaes. One important take-away from the HHI life transformation program is the importance of enzymes. For the body to digest and utilise all the wonderful nutrients in the food we eat, the body needs enzymes. I used to eat the “traditional” enzymes, if I remeber correctly I took 5 capsules with every meal. With this new one, HHI Zyme Plus, only one capsule is needed. So much easier :-)
